Melissa is a compassionate therapist specializing in empathetic and transformative care. Her approach, informed by neuroscience, includes somatic, emotion-focused, trauma-informed, and attachment-based methods. Melissa's holistic practice considers the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, helping clients uncover root causes and guiding them toward personal growth and transformation.
Sydney Arnold
Masters in Counselling Intern
Sydney is a counselling intern pursuing her Masters of Counselling at the City University of Seattle. Her professional journey has been deeply enriched by supporting children and youth through life transitions, anxiety, grief, loss, identity development, regulation, and trauma. Sydney is passionate about working with children and youth ages 14-25 and adults from diverse backgrounds.

Romay Nichols is a compassionate healer with a deep commitment to holistic well-being, specializing in Somatic Breathwork and Integration. Her personal dedication to her own healing journey and nervous system re-balancing led her to uncover the profound benefits of Somatic Breathwork, inspiring her to establish In.Spire Somatics.

Maggie Chang
MA Counselling Candidate
Maggie offers multicultural counselling to individuals from diverse backgrounds. She has a particular passion for youth and young adults relocating from their home countries to Canada. Maggie is fluent in Chinese Mandarin, conversational Taiwanese, and English and hopes to provide a culturally, linguistically, and spiritually safe environment for multilingual and multicultural populations.

Amy is a compassionate and insightful therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s complexities with a deeper sense of understanding and self-acceptance. With a focus on self-compassion, Amy supports clients who may feel overwhelmed by personal or relational challenges, including issues related to depression, anxiety, grief, loss, life transitions, stress, burnout, spirituality, work, and communication.
