Meet Leah
Leah’s greatest joy is traveling with others in the deep waters of their own transformation. Using interventions based on the latest developments in neuroscience psychology, Leah creates a safe and nurturing environment in which clients can resolve traumatic and sensitive issues.
She works with adults and youth (16+) wanting help with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, life transitions, and/or the impacts of trauma and PTSD. Leah also considers it a privilege to journey alongside those in the LGBTQIA+ community.
Leah has specialized training in Lifespan Integration Therapy, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, Somatic Internal Family Systems, and Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy. These therapeutic approaches allow for the gentle resolution of sensitive and often long-standing issues.
Leah is available for in-person sessions in Fort Langley on Thursdays.
You can reach out through her website to set up a free 15-minute meet and greet to see if you and Leah are a good fit.
